Job description

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• Associate/Diploma/Technical course in Electronics or equivalent experience may be considered.

Work Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PCB design and manufacturing process.
• Basic hands-on experience in PCB design and review.
• Familiarity with IPC standards

Technical Skills

• Knowledge or proficiency with Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer PADS, KiCad, SolidWorks, AUTOCAD or similar tools
• Knowledge in PCBA DFM and IPC related document and specs
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, Gerber files, assembly and mechanical drawings and BOMs.
• Understanding of electronics and electrical concepts, EMI/EMC signal integrity, impedance matching, power supply and thermal management

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (able to document findings and prepare reports).
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with production, engineering and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability under pressure.
• Dynamic, driven, able to work with minimal supervision

Residence

• Residing or near Dasmarinas Cavite
• Willing to be relocated if not residing / near Dasmarinas (staff house provided)
