Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course.
• With 2 years or more of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle EFPS, BIR, payroll/salary, and government remittances.
• Prepare and process BIR forms, tax documents, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in payroll preparation, including salaries, deductions, overtime, and attendance.
• Process and monitor government contributions and remittances.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable, billing, encoding, and other accounting tasks.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
