• Minimum 3–5 years of payroll accounting experience in the Philippines.
• Extensive experience with payroll processing, tax filings, and government remittances.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and BIR regulations.
• Experience handling payroll for 100+ employees is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly cycle.
• Compute salaries, overtime, holidays, deductions, bonuses, and final pay.
• Prepare and file BIR returns and remittances on time.
• Process government contributions: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG.
• Reconcile payroll with the general ledger and prepare reports.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and respond to inquiries.
• Assist during audits and ensure compliance with tax calendars.
