Job summary

ACEN Shared Services, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits while ensuring compliance with government regulations.

You will act as the first-level contact between HRSS and employees for payroll queries and support payroll coding and metrics to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business, Math, or HR course.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Must be willing to report to the office 3 - 4x a week.
• Project-based for 6 months.
