Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines is seeking a Payroll Co-ordinator to manage core EIS & payroll data from onboarding to termination, ensuring accurate and timely payments. You will address manager queries, maintain master data, and contribute to process improvements within the EIS framework.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, data integrity, and ongoing training to support the payroll team and broader HR processes in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Payroll practitioner experience using HRIS (HR/Payroll) applications.
• Worked in a team environment in an open plan office.
• Worked for a large complex organisation with multiple sites and a unionised workforce Hours of work will be mostly during the daytime. However, additional hours may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data from new hire to termination ensuring accuracy.
• Resolve manager queries within set timeframes.
• Maintain master data and documentation to support payroll.
• Support EIS system updates and testing.
• Ensure confidentiality and data security of payroll information.
