Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines seeks a Payroll Co-ordinator to manage end-to-end payroll processing via the EIS system, from new hire through termination, ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with legislation and employment agreements.

You will handle manager queries, maintain personnel records, support process improvements, and contribute to projects affecting pay groups, with a focus on confidentiality and compliance. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Payroll practitioner experience using HRIS (HR/Payroll) applications.
• Worked in a team environment in an open plan office.
• Worked for a large complex organisation with multiple sites and a unionised workforce.
• Hours of work will be mostly during the daytime. However, additional hours may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Process core EIS & payroll information from new start to daily information to termination and resolve manager queries within timeframe targets.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of payroll documentation and data.
• Provide training and support to team members to ensure best practice delivery of services.
• Handle payroll enquiries and provide resolution to complex employee queries.
• Participate in projects involving testing of developments/enhancements to the EIS system.
