Job summary

Reliable Solutions International OPC is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist in Iloilo City to handle end-to-end payroll processing, reporting, and compliance with confidentiality and professionalism. You will manage inputs, updates to records, and liaise with client representatives for approvals and cut-offs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years in payroll within a BPO/shared services setting, and hands-on experience with payroll software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years payroll experience in BPO/shared services.
• Experience with payroll software such as Employment Hero or Xero.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for assigned accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage inputs: timesheets, leaves, overtime, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax codes and regulations.
• Generate payroll reports and respond to employee queries.
