Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is hiring a Payroll Associate to manage end-to-end payroll, statutory contributions, final pay, and dispute resolution at our Clark office in Pampanga. You will handle tax annualization, 13th month pay, and loan deductions with strict confidentiality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 1 year of payroll experience in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• At least 1 year of payroll experience, preferably in BPO.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll processes, taxes, and deductions.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with strong reconciliation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential payroll information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll preparation and data validation.
• Compute SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR deductions.
• Prepare final pay computations including taxes and leave balances.
• Handle payroll disputes, adjustments, and timely communications.
• Manage retro pay, tax annualization, and 13th month pay processing.
• Coordinate with HR and stakeholders to ensure accurate payrolls.
