Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines is seeking a Payroll Co-ordinator to process core EIS & payroll information from new start to daily information to termination and to resolve manager queries within timeframe targets. Focus groups within the role include Master Data Administration, Operational work and Customer Response duties.

The ultimate goal is to ensure that our people are paid accurately, on time and in accordance with Legislation, NZ Post Policy and respective employment

Qualifications

• Payroll practitioner experience using HRIS (HR/Payroll) applications
• Worked in a team environment in an open plan office
• Worked for a large complex organisation with multiple sites and a unionised workforce Hours of work will be mostly during the daytime. However, additional hours may be required from time to time.
