Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Payroll Officer in Pasay City with hybrid work and day shifts. The role requires experience in payroll processing and strong Excel skills to ensure accurate, confidential handling of employee data.

The ideal candidate understands Australian payroll principles and can adapt to our fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance and delivering quality service across the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Payroll Officer, Payroll Administrator or similar role.
• Experience using payroll systems (Employment Hero is a plus).
• Good understanding of Australian payroll principles and legislation would be a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop payroll knowledge and skills.
