Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Payroll Officer in the Philippines to assist the payroll team in processing client payrolls, ensuring timely delivery of payroll services, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. The role supports Senior Payroll Officers and Payroll Supervisors, with opportunities for growth within TMF Group.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in payroll, solid knowledge of local tax and labour regulations, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR or Accounting or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience with multinational companies or professional firms.
• Good working knowledge of local country tax, statutory and labor and employment rules and regulations.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily payroll processing with simple to medium complexity, including semi-monthly or monthly payroll calculations.
• Prepares payroll registers and final payment calculations.
• Inputs data in payroll system and submits employer’s statutory returns.
• Funds reconciliation and related payroll tasks.
