Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Payroll Officer to support the end-to-end payroll function across the business and assist the Payroll Team Leader. The role covers monthly internal payroll, weekly contractor payroll, and consultant commissions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Based in Eastwood, Quezon City and Clark, Pampanga with a hybrid day-shift setup, you will aid data reconciliation, reporting, and payroll month-end activities, contributing to a compliant payroll process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist with running payroll and support the Payroll Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll for Stellar including monthly internal payroll and weekly contractor payroll.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate and compliant; maintain data tables and YTD reconciliation.
• Prepare and process payroll month-end activities and payroll creditors (PAYG, Superannuation, Child Support).
• Assist Finance in reconciling all payroll-related GL accounts monthly and year-end processes.

Your role:

To assist with running the payroll function across the business and support the Payroll Team and Payroll Team Leader.

Accountabilities

• Support the end-to-end payroll function for Stellar, including:

  • Monthly internal payroll

  • Weekly contractor payroll

  • Consultant commissions

• Support the administration of payroll data to ensure:

  • Processes are accurate and compliant

  • Data tables are maintained

  • Payroll data reconciles on a rolling YTD (Year-to-Date) basis

• Ensure all pay runs are:

  • Prepared accurately

  • Properly documented with backup information

  • Accompanied by all required reports, which are saved accordingly

• Support the preparation and processing of payroll month-end activities, ensuring payroll data reconciles YTD

• Support the preparation and processing of payroll creditors, including:

  • PAYG

  • Superannuation

  • Child Support

• Assist the Finance Team in reconciling all payroll-related GL (General Ledger) accounts each month

• Assist with the reconciliation and execution of payroll year-end processes within required timeframes

• Assist with payroll audits of employee contracts as directed by the Payroll Specialist and/or Group
