Accenture is seeking an Application Consultant to implement UKG Ready Payroll for North America with a focus on Canada. You will lead configurations, testing, and deployment, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate payroll module integration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in payroll module implementations, emphasizing stakeholder engagement in North America. Hybrid or remote arrangements may be available via UKG Ready deployments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Payroll Modules, preferably with UKG Ready or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America, specifically Canada.
