Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a data analyst to support Shopee PH operations, focusing on ad hoc analyses, reporting, and insights generation. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to gather requirements and improve data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include developing new reports, standardizing metrics, and exploring automation opportunities while maintaining SLAs with third-party providers. Flexibility during peak seasons is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant data analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with proven project management skills.
• Open to flexible arrangements during campaign/peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Develop ad hoc analyses or reports and communicate insights to business teams.
• Capture requirements through interviews with other departments and collaborate on reporting projects.
• Provide support to BI reporting infrastructure and help users access information.
• Develop new and update existing reports.
• Drive standardization of data metrics using data and business process knowledge.
• Liaise between Shopee PH and BI engineers to define requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation using various technologies.
• Learn and develop processes to improve reporting tools and systems.
• Manage SLAs with third-party providers.
