Qualifications

Experience as a BA on HRIS, Payroll, or Time & Attendance platforms.
Understanding of payroll computations, tax structures, and government contributions.
Proficient with Agile tools and backlog management in Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specs.
Create process flows and wireframes using Figma or FigJam.
Support Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across teams.
Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and stakeholders to resolve blockers.
Verify features against HR/payroll regulations and business rules.
