Datawords Philippines is seeking an HR Associate to oversee compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR operations in a fast-growing, multicultural team. You will manage end-to-end payroll, administer total rewards, and ensure accurate HR analytics while maintaining confidentiality.

This hybrid role in Makati offers a competitive salary, health coverage, learning opportunities, and local/global training; you’ll collaborate with Finance and Talent Acquisition to benchmark pay and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration and the like.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, MS Office, and Google Workspace, with a track record of adopting AI-driven tools to drive payroll automation and workflow efficiency.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Payroll: Lead end-to-end payroll cycle, gather inputs, and submit to payroll partner.
• Total Rewards: Oversee compensation and benefits programs aligned with market standards.
• HR Operations & Analytics: Manage HR tools, workflows, and workforce reporting for insights.
• General Duties & Responsibilities: Optimize HR workflows and provide KPI dashboards.
