Total Care Connections is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Assistant to join our HR team in the Metro Manila area. You will help ensure accurate payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and provide timely support to staff.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. You will collaborate with U.S. and international teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR admin, payroll, or benefits experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with HR, payroll, timekeeping systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Validate time and attendance, PTO, leave, and records before payroll.
• Process hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and leave changes.
• Enter benefits deductions and maintain documentation.
• Audit data and resolve discrepancies before payroll deadlines.
• Support onboarding, benefits eligibility, and letters.
• Review international time/attendance and prepare payments.
