Private Advertiser is seeking a Payroll Associate to join its HR team in a role focused on end-to-end payroll processing, HRIS data accuracy, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will handle attendance, leaves, and payroll adjustments while maintaining regulatory compliance and confidential employee information.
Responsibilities include preparing payroll and HR reports, supporting audits, and driving process improvements.
We are looking for a Payroll Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in payroll processing, HR administration, and employee records management.
This role is responsible for supporting payroll operations, maintaining accurate employee data, administering statutory benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Assist in the end-to-end payroll process
Review attendance, leaves, overtime, loans, and other payroll-related transactions
Process payroll adjustments and resolve payroll discrepancies
Validate employee information, including government and bank details
Support final pay processing and the release of employment documents
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
Ensure the accuracy of employee information, including employment status and leave balances
Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation
Assist with HRIS updates and system-related concerns
Process and administer statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
Ensure employee records are updated for status changes and benefit-related transactions
Prepare payroll, attendance, and HR-related reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation
Assist during internal and external audits as needed
Recommend process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Document payroll procedures and maintain process guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed within established timelines
Support other HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR operations, or a related role
Experience in payroll processing and HRIS is an advantage
Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Comfortable working a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM–10:00 PM PHT) with the flexibility to report onsite as needed
