Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for the DS Manager, Global Payroll Product, located in Manila, Philippines, with alternate locations per business needs. This role leads payroll product strategy, standardization, data migration, and integrations while guiding cross‑functional teams through country‑to‑global transitions as part of the DePuy Synthes separation.

The position partners with Payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, and vendors to deliver compliant, scalable payroll solutions and ensures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Payroll, Time & Attendance, payroll operations, process design, or related transformation roles.
• Experience leading global payroll implementations, divestitures, acquisitions, carve-outs, or large-scale transformations.
• Hands-on with payroll/workforce platforms (SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, Workday, Kronos, ServiceNow, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Define the global payroll product roadmap and own the design and approvals process.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, and vendors.
• Drive data migration, integrations, and controls to ensure compliant, scalable payroll solutions.
• Govern processes for SOX, privacy, access controls, and audit readiness.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, issue resolution, and change management across regions.
