Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist in the Philippines to ensure accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

You will maintain employee payroll data in SAP SuccessFactors, coordinate with HR and Finance, and address payroll inquiries while upholding confidentiality. The role requires 3–5 years of solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing, strong knowledge of local payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience in end-to-end Philippine payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws, taxation, and statutory government contributions.
• Experience handling end-to-end payroll, 13th Month Pay, salary adjustments and retroactive pay, tax computations and remittances, and payroll reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Philippine payroll for weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly cycles.
• Validate inputs: attendance, timesheets, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, leaves, incentives, commissions, allowances.
• Compute salaries, statutory deductions, taxes, final pay, and other payroll payments.
• Process payrolls for hires, movements, promotions, salary adjustments, resignations, and terminations.
• Ensure accurate remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR withholding tax.
• Generate payroll and government reports for Finance and Management.
• Maintain payroll records in SAP SuccessFactors with data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and stakeholders before payroll processing.
• Process 13th Month Pay, leave conversions, retroactive adjustments, bonuses, and final pay per regulations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
• Support payroll audits and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
