Job summary

Trade Mate Distribution Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle core accounting tasks in the Philippines. The role covers payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reporting, with strict confidentiality of records.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and has 2–3 years of relevant experience, proficient in Excel and accounting software. Attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong experience in payroll preparation and processing, including salary computation, overtime, undertime, absences, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Knowledgeable in SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR statutory deductions and remittances.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee records.
