Responsibilities

• Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely processing of net and statutory payments.
• Ensure funds are requested from clients in a timely manner and managed accordingly.
• Prepare and review reconciliation reports for clients’ accounting departments.
• Maintain process documentation as required.
• Set up bank details for new payees accurately.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and supporting deployments.
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.
