Johnson & Johnson Co. is seeking a Payments Analyst in Taguig to manage end-to-end payment operations across markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires expertise in payments processes, invoice handling, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and IT. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in payments/finance, and English fluency; night shift availability is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in Payments / AP / Finance operations.
• Strong process expertise in Payments, invoice processing, and controls.
• Experience in SAP MM/FI preferred.
• Fluency in English required; another language is an advantage.
• Open to night shift (8pm–5am).

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end payment processing, including invoice validation and payment runs.
• Ensure payments are accurate and completed within SLA timelines.
• Manage complex/high-value transactions with validation and controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as SME for complex payment issues, including system errors.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution with Procurement, Finance, and IT.
• Manage escalations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support audits by providing documentation and issue resolution.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Track payment KPIs (on-time payments, cycle time, error rates).
• Drive actions to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Participate in transformation initiatives (automation, ServiceNow).
• Support standardization and simplification of payment processes across regions.
