Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking a capable trainer to develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products and technologies for internal and external customers.

The role involves maintaining content, presenting demonstrations, and ensuring continuous improvement across training lifecycle stages, with onsite work in Vertis North, Quezon City and willingness to shift or rotate schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, with no strict requirement for prior professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, and amenable to shifting or rotational schedules.
• Tenured CSR/TSR with coaching or SME experience are welcome to apply.
• At least 1+ year of relevant experience with full training lifecycle (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Relevant training certification demonstrating facilitation and instructional design capabilities - preferred.
• Proficiency in a second language to support diverse learners - preferred.
• Training experience in a BPO, contact center, FinTech, or technology environment - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus.
• Participates in on-site client support and training; supports higher level trainer/manager as needed.
• Delivers structured training sessions using standardized materials to build foundational knowledge.
• Provides knowledge transfer and supports trainer-led activities.
