Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking Operations Trainers to develop and deliver structured training programs covering payment processing products, processes, and technologies for internal and external customers.

You will facilitate training sessions, maintain content, and support client training activities, with 100% onsite work at Vertis North, Quezon City, on shifting schedules. This role welcomes experienced CSR/TSR/SME mentors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to deliver structured training sessions using standardized materials.
• Basic presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support learner engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
• Ability to understand and communicate process, product, and system-related information.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Willingness to work on shifting or rotational schedules, including morning, mid, and graveyard shifts.
• Tenured Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Technical Support Representatives (TSR), SMEs, Coaches, or Mentors welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs using standardized course materials and established training methodologies.
• Facilitate training sessions covering payment processing products, processes, systems, and technologies.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and other trainer-led activities.
• Explain assigned topics clearly and effectively to support learner understanding and knowledge retention.
• Follow established course syllabi and training materials with minimal deviation while ensuring effective delivery.
• Support learner engagement through basic coaching, facilitation, questioning, and interpersonal techniques.
• Participate in onsite client support and training activities.
• Accompany and support senior trainers or training managers during client engagements and training sessions as needed.
• Maintain and update existing training content based on system developments, process changes, regulatory mandates, and payment-brand compliance requirements.
• Review training materials to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current processes.
• Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice, and basic consultancy relating to assigned systems and ancillary products.
• Evaluate learner understanding and training effectiveness against expected business outcomes.
• Follow up on training results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support knowledge-transfer activities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively build and expand knowledge of assigned products, systems, processes, and technologies.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure training requirements and learning objectives are properly supported.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication when interacting with learners, clients, and internal stakeholders
