Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a training specialist to develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products and related technologies for internal and external customers.

You will maintain content, provide presentations, evaluations, and ensure continuous improvement, with on-site work at Vertis North and flexible/rotational schedules. A Bachelor's degree is required; 1+ year of experience is preferred, and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, and amenable to shifting or rotational schedules.
• Tenured CSR or TSR with coaching, mentoring, or SME experience are welcome to apply.
• At least 1+ year of relevant experience with the ability to manage the full training lifecycle (analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation) - preferred.
• A relevant training certification, demonstrating strong facilitation and instructional design capabilities - preferred.
• Proficiency in a second language to effectively support diverse learners and global operations - preferred.
• Training experience in a BPO, contact center, FinTech, or technology environment - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation.
• Participates in on-site client support and training. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed.
• Ability to deliver structured training sessions using standardized materials to build foundational knowledge in assigned topics.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support trainer-led activities.
