Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd. is seeking a training professional to develop and deliver programs on payment processing products and related systems.

The role includes maintaining content, advising on regulatory and brand compliance, and expanding knowledge through continuous improvement. The candidate will deliver simple but solid training sessions, participate in on-site client support, and support senior staff in training delivery and knowledge transfer, while coordinating with diverse learners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City, and amenable to shifting or rotational schedules.
• Tenured CSR or TSR with coaching/ SME experience welcome to apply.
• At least 1+ year of relevant training lifecycle experience preferred.
• A relevant training certification demonstrating facilitation and instructional design capabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in a second language to support diverse learners and global operations preferred.
• Training experience in a BPO, contact center, FinTech, or tech environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers simple, technical training content following course syllabus with minimal deviation.
• Participates in on-site client support and training; supports senior trainer/manager as needed.
• Delivers structured training sessions using standardized materials to build foundational knowledge.
• Provides knowledge transfer and supports trainer-led activities.
