Job summary

IQBackOffice is seeking a Payments Team Leader to oversee a small team of payment support analysts, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with policies and regulations.

You will mentor and guide the team, manage projects and transformations, and coordinate with clients and IQBO to resolve payment-related issues, while maintaining strong communication and workflow management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or account management for external or internal clients.
• Experience in process design or documentation.
• Experience using a workflow management system.
• Strong technical understanding and software skills and ability to manage, run and deploy projects and transformation.
• Ability to quickly understand user problems and get along side in order to resolve issues in the most effective manner.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the payment processing function.
• Manages a small team of payment support, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Ensures that payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates with IQBO and client or customers to resolve any payment-related issue or concerns.
• Performs other payment-related tasks as assigned.
