Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking an entry-level Payment Operations Support to handle routine payment transactions, maintain data accuracy, and assist with time reporting. You will learn core banking systems and follow established controls to minimize risk while delivering reliable service.

In a hybrid work setup, you will join the Client Services team, contribute to data quality, respond to routine client inquiries, and grow through training, performance reviews, and internal mobility within IQ-EQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an interest in banking and payment operations.
• Up to 1 year of experience in payment processing, banking, administrative support, or a similar environment.
• Demonstrate accuracy in processing transactions, data entry, data maintenance, and time reporting activities.
• Use banking and payment platforms effectively while following established procedures and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, clear communication, customer focus, effective organization, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process standard payments and simple payment transactions by following established procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain data quality by updating basic static data and ensuring information within systems remains accurate and up to date.
• Respond to routine client queries and provide support for straightforward payment and data-related requests.
• Use banking platforms and follow established checklists and procedures to complete transactions efficiently while minimizing operational risk.
• Maintain accurate records, including timely and precise reporting within the time reporting system.
