Job summary

Pine Labs in the Philippines is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead merchant integrations including ECR, Cloud-Based Integration, and QR flows. You will guide onboarding through Go-Live, support BAU, and coordinate with the India team to optimize delivery and merchant experience.

You will run API sessions, help with UAT, troubleshoot live transactions, and maintain integration docs with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or similar).
• Strong understanding of REST/HTTP APIs, webhooks, and callback URL configurations.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP Socket Integration and HTTPS Integration.
• Good understanding of MQTT messaging concepts and cloud-based integration patterns.
• Comfort with Linux/Unix command line.
• Experience with SQL (2–4 years).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Philippines-based merchants to understand requirements and recommend integration approaches.
• Conduct API walkthroughs and technical sessions with merchant teams.
• Guide merchants through UAT testing, integration audits, and Go-Live readiness.
• Support ECR integrations on Windows and Android terminals for multiple payment modes.
• Troubleshoot live transaction issues including voids and settlement failures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve integration blockers.
• Create and maintain integration documentation, SOPs, and merchant-facing guides.
