Job summary

Filinvest Land Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Registrations Associate to support the Registration Team Lead by preparing compliance for liquidations to replenish funds for title transfer and by reviewing billings for timely payments to service providers.

You will send a daily productivity report, provide feedback on processes, and assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing liquidation-related tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review liquidation documents for accuracy and routes to signatories and Accounting for posting and clearing.
• Ensure RD receipts match Manager’s Check or Cash Voucher totals for funds replenishment.
• Verify Real Property Taxes payments against corresponding documents and route for processing.
• Review redeposit/cancellation Manager’s Checks and confirm replacements.
• Prepare and route payment requests to signatories and Accounting for timely payments.
• Monitor payment status to service providers and close tasks per turnaround times.
• Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
