Job summary

Sun Life Philippines seeks an Associate 2 at GCF Level 3 (CSC) to handle accurate and timely payments processing and customer inquiries at the Client Service Center. The role includes cash handling, receipts, and routine office management duties.

You will support sales/marketing tasks, coordinate with backend units for policy updates, manage inventory of office supplies, and assist in training logistics and events to ensure smooth operations for all three product lines.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer inquiries at the Client Service Center in a timely, courteous manner.
• Processes payments for the three life lines and ensures proper receipts and accounting.
• Performs various sales/marketing related tasks and assists in reports and events.
• Manages petty cash, office supplies, and prepares routine correspondences.
• Coordinates with backend support for policy/plan record updates and requests.
