Job summary

Sun Life Financial Philippines seeks an Associate 2 for the Butuan Client Service Center to handle payments, inquiries, and counter service with accuracy. You will process receipts, manage petty cash, and coordinate with back-end teams for policy changes, while performing light office and sales support tasks to help meet daily service targets.

Qualifications

The role requires accuracy in handling payments and inquiries at the client service counter.
Experience with payment processing and cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

Resolve inquiries at the counter promptly and professionally to meet service levels.
Process payments for all product lines and issue official receipts daily.
Coordinate with backend/ senior staff for policy/plan record changes.
Scan new business and applications following guidelines using Center systems.
Maintain petty cash fund disbursement and replenishment as needed.
Assist in office tasks and coordinate logistics for trainings/events.
Support sales/marketing tasks: monitor reports and distribute materials.
Manage documents, payments for utilities, and keep inventory updated.
