Job summary

ING Hubs B.V. Manila is seeking a client‑facing payments specialist to support ING corporate clients. You will handle first‑line inquiries, investigate payment statuses, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve cases.

You will communicate proactively with clients, manage expectations on timelines, and ensure proper documentation in workflows. A solid understanding of ING payment processes and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Customer-focused with proactive approach.
• At least 1 year of ING client servicing experience.
• Strong understanding of ING payment flows and systems.
• Experience with IRM, EasyWeb, Dovetail, and BUP.
• Hands-on experience in Payments Operations and client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line payment-related support via email and IBS.
• Investigate payment status inquiries and proof of payment requests.
• Act as primary client-facing contact for payment inquiry cases.
• Create, monitor, and maintain service requests to ensure SLA adherence.
