Job summary

Australian Consumer Lender in Pasig is seeking a Payments and Administration Officer to support loan processing and payment workflows. You will maintain accurate records using finPOWER and related systems, and help prepare payments after training.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with training on company procedures and loan documents. A positive, can-do attitude and clear English communication are essential for coordinating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English with clear emails.
• Confident computer skills including email, Word and basic Excel.
• Attention to detail and systematic data entry.
• Ability to follow procedures and learn new systems with training.
• Previous admin, customer service, payments or lending experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update loan and customer information in finPOWER and other systems accurately.
• Upload, index and organise documents against the correct customer or loan record.
• Follow a checklist to compare approved loan details with signed documents.
• Assist with preparing payment files and processing approved payments after training.
• Update payment records and prepare remittance confirmations.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues about missing documents and progress.
• Escalate discrepancies and payment exceptions to the designated team member.
