Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Accounting Assistant in the Philippines to support the Finance team in processing payments and maintaining financial records. The incumbent will handle payment requests, prepare follow-ups, and coordinate with Treasury for timely processing.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; related fields accepted.
• Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field are also acceptable qualifications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable, processes and financial record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; accounting software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payment requests (cash, checks, transfers, remittances) and encode them.
• Prepare payment follow-ups and schedules; coordinate with Treasury for processing.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documents.
• Assist in monitoring corporate credit card and fleet card payments; perform related admin tasks.
