First Circle, a leading FinTech in the Philippines, seeks a Payment Operations Analyst to manage end-to-end payment processing workflow, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will optimize payment systems and provide excellent client support.

duties include data entry, error prevention, cheque handling, and collaboration on policy improvements, with 0-1 year experience preferred and on-site work 3 days per week in BGC.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

• Experience in payment operations/financial services is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site 3 days/week at BGC office.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload to ensure fast, reliable disbursement to customer accounts.
• Ensure accurate data entry in company systems to improve customer experience.
• Identify errors early and guide customers to resubmit correct information.
• Liaise with customers to confirm cheque pickup and receiving cheques.
• Maintain records of returned cheques with partner banks.
• Assist in designing new operational processes and policies.
