HR Primo Management Services is seeking a Branch Quality Assurance Officer for on-site work in Cavite. The role focuses on regular physical and digital audits of pawnshop branches, appraisal accuracy for jewelry, gadgets, and forex, and strict SOP and security adherence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pawnshop operations, auditing, or compliance, and are ready to travel for fieldwork while maintaining high integrity and attention to detail.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in pawnshop branch operations, auditing, quality assurance, or compliance.
• Exposure to pawnshop operations including jewelry and gadget appraisal, forex, and branch audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Willing to travel for field assignments.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Mansioni

• Conduct branch compliance audits aligned with BSP regulations, internal policies, and applicable government requirements.
• Perform physical and digital verification of jewelry, gadget, and forex appraisals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare audit reports with corrective and preventive action recommendations.
• Handle branch records, cash on hand, inventory, equipment, and SOP compliance.
