HR Primo Management Services is seeking a Branch Quality Assurance Officer to join our pawnshop operations. You will conduct branch audits, verify appraisals for jewelry, gadgets, and forex, and ensure policy compliance across cash handling, inventory, and security procedures.

Travel to branches is required, and you will report findings with corrective actions, while maintaining integrity and accuracy in all audit activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in pawnshop operations or auditing is preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Conduct branch compliance audits aligned with BSP regulations and internal policies.
• Perform physical and digital verification of appraisals for jewelry, gadgets, and forex.
• Assess branch operations including COH, FFE, SOPs, and security protocols.
• Document findings and prepare reports with corrective/preventive actions.
• Travel to branches for field audits as required.
