Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate call taking from customers and booking procedures.
• Plan and dispatch bookings to maximize resource use.
• Enter patient transport data into WM1 Booking system accurately.
• Work with rosters to optimize crewing configurations.
• Provide daily caseload reports and document incidents per KPIs.
