Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque City is seeking a Dispatcher / Call Taker to coordinate patient movements, bookings, and transport data using our WM1 Booking system. You will help manage daily caseloads, dispatch crews, and work within a Hybrid schedule to ensure efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, fast typing (30 wpm), solid computer skills, and the ability to negotiate and problem-solve with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient movement, transport, and crews to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate incoming calls, handle bookings, and enter transport data into WM1 Booking system.
• Plan and dispatch bookings efficiently and collaborate with Rosters to optimize crewing.
• Prepare daily caseload reports and compile stakeholder data.
• Comply with dispatch procedures and safety policies to manage operational risks.

Your Role:

As a Dispatcher / Call Taker, you will:

• Manage patient movement, transport, and crews to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and fulfill contractual KPIs.
• Coordinate incoming calls, handle booking procedures, and accurately enter transport data into the WM1 Booking system.
• Plan and dispatch bookings efficiently while collaborating with Rosters to optimize crewing configurations.
• Prepare daily caseload reports, compile stakeholder data, and elevate customer complaints or noteworthy incidents.
• Comply with dispatch procedures, Wilson Group HSE policies, and safety directives to manage operational risks effectively.

What You Need:

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior experience in a dispatch or call center environment
• Background in dealing with allied health professionals at clinical and administrative levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to direct resources positively and work independently while keeping management informed
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally represent the brand to key stakeholders
