Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising, resolving issues with the area Supervisor, and performing advanced technical/administrative tasks while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in clinical lab phlebotomy/test management.
• Strong problem solving and leadership abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and regulatory knowledge.
• Willingness to obtain ADHS fingerprinting if placement requires.
• Ability to work in Mobile/Long Term Care if assigned.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial resource and liaison between staff, other departments and Patient Services management.
• Assist, resolve, and report to the area Supervisor.
• Perform technical or administrative work at an advanced level.
