Work schedule: 8am - 5pm

The Phlebotomy Team Leader is responsible for the administrative supervision and operational oversight of all phlebotomy staff. This role ensures the consistent delivery of safe, accurate, and patient-centered specimen collection services across all hospital areas. The Team Leader coordinates schedules, manages performance, ensures compliance with regulatory standards (DOH, ISO 15189, JCI), and fosters a culture of quality and service within the Phlebotomy Unit.
