Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare, wellness, medical services, equipment sales, or CRM.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly persuasive and confident in presenting new services.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and engage patients, clients, physicians, and referral sources.
• Present benefits and features of newly introduced machines and services.
• Generate referrals and convert qualified leads into service availments.
• Execute promotional campaigns and participate in health campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
• Explain technical information in simple, patient-friendly terms.
• Manage sales pipeline and follow-up with leads.
• Perform basic sales reporting and performance tracking.
• Visit other MyHealth branches and external clients to promote new machines and services.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain data privacy and patient confidentiality in all interactions.
