Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded in the system.
• Maintain detailed and organised patient records, ensuring all documentation is complete and confidential.
• Provide patients with relevant healthcare information, treatment options, and administrative guidance.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointment reminders, test results, and post-care instructions.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and departments to facilitate smooth patient transitions and continuity of care.
• Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Process patient registrations and insurance verification to ensure efficient administrative workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare procedures, policies, and relevant regulations to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to team goals and participate in quality assurance activities to continuously improve service standards.
