MediCard Phils., Inc. seeks an assertive, dynamic and energetic individual to assist all confined members from admission till discharge, coordinating with head office units and answering telephone inquiries.

The role requires coordinating with various units and ensuring smooth patient flow from admission to discharge. Duties include establishing rapport with patients, explaining procedures during their stay, and addressing questions about coverage for the hospital packages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year medical course.
• With or without experience.
• Willing to undergo training in Makati and do fieldwork.

Responsabilités

• Establish rapport with healthcare package/ECU/admitted clients so that they feel comfortable, gain patients' trust and confidence.
• Explain and keep clients updated on the procedures during their stay at the clinic/hospital
• Address clients' queries regarding the coverage of their packages
