Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field as required
• 2–3 years experience in HMO operations, hospital operations, utilization management, case management, patient relations or healthcare customer service
• Registered Nurse (RN) and other licensed healthcare professionals preferred

Responsibilities

• Healthcare Navigation: guide members to access appropriate services and providers
• Benefit Implementation and Management: verify eligibility, obtain approvals, explain coverage and requirements
• Medical Appropriateness and Care Coordination: coordinate with providers for covered services and ensure evidence-based practices
• Member Experience Excellence: deliver compassionate support and manage concerns promptly
• Provider Relationship Management: maintain positive relationships with hospital staff and physicians
• Operational and Compliance Excellence: maintain proper documentation and adhere to SLAs and privacy policies
