DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish rapport with healthcare package/ECU/admitted clients so that they feel comfortable and trust; Explain and keep clients updated on procedures during their stay; Address queries regarding coverage of packages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year medical course.
• With or without experience.
• Willing to undergo training in Makati and do fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with healthcare package/ECU/admitted clients so that they feel comfortable, gain patients' trust and confidence.
• Explain and keep clients updated on the procedures during their stay at the clinic/hospital.
• Address clients' queries regarding the coverage of their packages.
