Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of BS Nursing or related medical allied courses.
• Experience: Preferably 6 months healthcare experience; not required if BS Nursing graduate.
• Other Skills: Average verbal and written communications, with initiative, organized and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance and service to patients.
• Taking vital signs, initial history taking.
• Daily inspects consultation rooms for supplies essential to doctor’s examination.
• Oversees cleanliness of consultation rooms including linens.
• Ensures and monitors sufficient inventory of supplies.
• Coordinates with other department for endorsement and verification as needed.
• Issues approval to diagnostic requests as appropriate based on our approval guidelines prior to availment.
• Handles keeping and updating of medical records of each patient.
• Prepares and submits timely reports and doctor’s procedure fees.
• To render overtime after regular working hours even during non-working days due to workload.
• Performs other related tasks assigned by Supervisor as required.
