Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join the Primary Care team in Manila. You will welcome patients, verify details and HMO coverage, record vitals, perform ECGs, and help with scheduling and documentation. You will support doctors during consultations and manage daily clinic tasks.

The role requires good communication, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare setting with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required
• Computer literacy, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Graduate of any medical-allied course with BS Nursing preferred
• Experience in clinic operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk
• Verify patient details and HMO coverage
• Record vital signs and prepare patients for consultation
• Perform ECGs and endorse results to the physician
• Assist with scheduling, inquiries, and documentation
• Submit daily reports and maintain clinic supplies
• Support doctors during consultations and patient care
